Privacy Policy
Last updated June 17, 2026
We keep data collection to what we need to run the Service, and we never sell your personal information.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Event Calendar Widget (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, why we collect it, and how you can manage it. It applies to our website, dashboards and the embeddable calendar widget.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and billing details. When you connect calendars, we receive the event data from the sources you authorize (such as Google, Outlook or iCal feeds).
Information we collect automatically
Like most web services, we collect basic technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring URLs — to keep the Service secure and understand aggregate usage. The embedded widget collects minimal, privacy-respecting analytics about views and interactions.
3. How we use information
- to provide, maintain and improve the Service;
- to display your calendars and events to your visitors;
- to process payments and manage your subscription;
- to send service messages and, with your consent, product updates;
- to detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse and security issues.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, payment processing and email delivery), under contracts that require them to protect it, or when required by law. If we are ever involved in a merger or acquisition, we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
5. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and other safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of incidents where required.
9. International transfers
We may process data in countries other than where you live. Where we do, we use appropriate safeguards to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.
10. Contact
